As our services are personalised and time-based, we do not offer refunds on massage treatments or packages once they have been booked and attended. However, we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible in the following cases:

1. Gift Vouchers & Prepaid Packages:

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another recipient.

Packages are valid for [insert timeframe, e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no extra charge.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of the appointment) will result in the full session charge.
